1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Hello Kitty purse on: November 05, 2005 06:58:24 PM
This is my first picture post.  I'm actually posting this in response to the thread by recycled_earth.

Anyway, this HK is done is rows rather than in the round.  I started with a chain of 16, and then increased by 2 steadily until I hit the widest part.  Then, I stayed constant with that row for about a dozen rows and then steady decreased by two until I hit 16 again.  The ears are made in straight rows, decreasing to make a triangle.  Then, I evenly spaced single crochet all around to edge it.  The eyes were made of felt and the nose was made of an embrodery stitch.  I think that the picture will help with sorting out the exact numbers of rows and sc.  Thanks for Oslofia for help with the pattern.

2  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Help with stitchdiva's hairpin lace cardigan. on: October 13, 2005 12:45:16 PM
I've finished with the body and have finished the strips for the sleeves.  I'm having trouble with attaching the sleeves.  Can anyone help with deciphering the instructions to joining the sleeves to the body of the cardigan?

I know that the pattern is copyright protected, but is it okay to post the couple of sentences that I'm having problems with?

Thanks for any help.
