1  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Home-made winder (Now with more pictures) on: October 28, 2005 11:51:21 AM
I made one of these based on the pictures, and...oh, look! I'm still female! I will be posting a full tutorial on my website in a few days.
2  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: PATTERN-Amigurumi Animals...now with more patterns on: October 18, 2005 08:52:42 PM
Hiya, I've done a few amigurumi and every time i crochet in rounds i end up with a stripe/spiral of slightly raised grunky stitches where i've joined the rounds. Every piece I see looks really finished and even, could i be slip-stitching-to-join wrong? Is there a way to do it invisibly? Difficulty: left-handed.
3  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Re: Any ideas on how to make these cute bags!! on: August 16, 2005 09:39:42 PM
It looks pretty basic--maybe start with the messenger bag w/gusset tutorial. I think you can buy those snap-tops. But if you just want a leather/suede bag with a gusset, playing with the messenger bag tute is good.
4  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / Looking for a Gocco owner! on: August 15, 2005 10:16:50 PM
I desperately want a couple of silkscreens/Gocco screens made up so I can print limited numbers of things at my leisure. So if you own a Gocco and want to make me up some masters, I'd be perfectly willing to pay for supplies and something for your time. I'd buy my own ink. I'd probably want two or three of the 3x5 master screens or if, wonder of wonders, you should be able to produce the bigger screens, one or two of each.
