1  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: come one! come all! post pics of your tattoos! on: February 06, 2006 12:53:38 AM
By the lovely MissMisha  Grin

A re-vamped version of my grandfather's tattoo that he got during WWII, and a tribute to him and my father.

We have our color session in 2 weeks. Cheesy

PS - MissMisha has beautiful and colorful work, just call her for a consulation.  Don't be an ass and take custom work.
This is custom work, and I hope not to see a crappy copy of it anywhere.

oh my lord! that's amazing. i love the nurse especially. can't wait to see it when it's colored in.

here's my latest edition. i got it on monday and this was taken the next day i think. sorry about the blurryness. i had no idea how hard it would be to take a picture of my arm.

i got him done at nathan's anthems in redding california, by vanessa

without the flash

with the flash. the colors are more like this.

OKay, Am I really going to be the first person to say that this looks goddamn amazing!?  I have no idea why it looks familiar to me, I think it just appeals to me very much and I am confusing that with deja-vu style familiarity.  Where on your arm is this?
Again, I can't believe there have been any other comments since this without geeking out over it's beauty, like I am.
Fantastic.
Is he sitting indian-style or kneeling?  It's hard to tell from this photo.

<<<edited to remove images in quote>>>

ahh. thanks. i'm glad you like it. Shocked) it's on my right forearm a little above my wrist area. he's actually kneeling. it's kinda hard to tell because the picture i found was done some sort of water colour or pastel medium.  so every thing was kinda blended together. she actually did a really good job recreating the look and colors.
