She's turning away from it, which in cat speak, means she loves it very very much.
So do I!

3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Hey look! Another baby blanket. on: June 13, 2014 08:48:39 AM
I got really good at pumping out the baby blankets for a while but then stalled out after about 10 of them. I'm having a bout of crochet ADD, where I can't seem to finish anything and have about 6 WIPs going.

5  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Re: Pattern help! on: June 01, 2014 08:21:16 AM
I tried it more times than I could count and couldn't get the chain 1 spaces to stay lined up after the sleeve divide. I ended up frogging the whole thing and I'm trying a different pattern.

7  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Pattern help! on: May 12, 2014 10:55:19 AM
Im working on my first sweater and Im slightly confused by the pattern. Im making the 2/3XL size. My problem starts with the Divide for sleeve opening: 1st row and 2nd row
In row 1 it said to chain 6. In row 2, Im reading it as you basically follow the same pattern you were doing before, so in my case it would be a sets of 11dc, separated by a ch 1 sp. if you only chained 6 in the previous row, I dont see how that works. Also, I dont understand how that would fit all sizes of the pattern.
Here is the pattern. My trouble starts at the top of page 3. I would appreciate any help!

Thanks!
It probably took longer to gather all of the elements than it did to put them together. I really have no idea how long it took.

Here's another in the same pattern. The colors are a bit wonky...its chocolate brown, pumpkin orange, green, & ivory.  I think this is the 9th one for Project Linus.

A lot of times, if I can't decide how I like things, I will put in together one way and take a picture of it. That way, you can keep moving stuff around and if you realiz you liked it best 4 moves ago, you have a reference for how it was then.

why didn't I think of that?!  this is brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its the only way I can get things done! Otherwise I get paralyzed by indecision.
