Brief Bio, News in Your Life, etc:

Let's see...I've got a husband and two cats, one teeny and one fat. I'm into altered arts and paper crafts. ATCs, chunky houses, fat books, inchies, altered canvases...I've got a big thing for houses lately. And birds. And bird houses.

My favorite living artist is Michael deMeng. Non-living would have to be Frida Kahlo. I love Mexican Folk art and Day of the Dead inspired pieces, religious iconography (sacred hearts, Virgin of Quadalupe, etc...) Tim Holtz has great style and even better products.

I print out obscene numbers of images and tuck them away in a giant binder to inspire me. The more I try to organize it, the messier it gets. I get overwhelmed by the amount of amazing art I see online.
