51  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Re:Starburst Bracelet on: March 13, 2004 08:31:25 PM
I wanna play toooooo!

I have to admit it took me a while to get the hang of it. Closing it by just tucking it wasn't staying at all for me... so I used the smaller binder clip I could find. Are there better ways of closing it? Suggestions, please!

Props for the awesome topic! I'm so stick of making origami cranes with my wrappers...

i'm working on using the hard covers to be the sides of a purse... i'm not very far along on the project, so if you beat me to it, lemme know how it turns out!  Grin
54  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Iron-on transfers, etc. on: February 15, 2004 06:45:48 AM
I think I've read just about all the posts on iron-on transfers. I'm left with three questions:

1. Does anyone have a particular brand of iron-on transfer paper that they prefer? I know that I only like Canon photo paper... so maybe it makes a difference with iron-on paper also.

2. Is the freezer paper method "better" than the iron-on method in any way besides cost? (Longer lasting, looks better, etc.)

3. Are those the only options or did I miss something?

Sorry if I'm being repetitive... but I tried to be thorough in reading all the previous posts before I asked. Thanks a lot!!!
