Link to a picture of the tins I'm talking about above.  They do open more than it shows but not much & the lid does not slide all the way off.  I've given a few to my DD but I hate to chuck them.  TIA!!

I bought 3 frames for my mom at Target (75% off!!) & all three have sticky residue on one corner from the orange sale stickers.  How can I get it off without taking the finish off the wood frames?  One is white painted wood & the other 2 are dark stained wood.  TIA!

I was thinking the other day how much my kids might like some of the stuff that I've seen in the galleries.  I thought a 'Craft For My Kids' swap might be fun.  You'd send information on stuff your kids liked & your 'partner' could make stuff geared to their likings.  If you dont' have kids we could craft for your niece or nephew, cousin, best friends kid, grandkid,  etc. 
I'd suggest a limit of things sent (like 2 per kid or 6 maximum) just so someone doesn't have to craft for someone elses 15 nieces & nephews.
So, hit or miss?

Does anyone have a pattern or instructions for a soda can cozy made from polar fleece?  Someone I use to know had one & it looked pretty easy but I never got a chance to look at it closely.  TIA!

I was at Target today & they had an endcap in the $1 Spot with some cool scrapbooking & other papercraft stuff.  I saw 8 packs of notecards & envelopes (green, yellow & pink), a magnetic picture frame that could be colored, stamped, etc., stamps, 3-D stickers, gel pens & more I can't remember.  Most seemed to have a fashion or Halloween bent.  I'm definately going to get the picture frames for my kids to decorate.

Could someone recommend a good, fairly simple girls pattern for a dress with the long-line bloomers?  The bloomers that come about down to the knee or so.  A sundress pattern or one with a solid top & print skirt dress would both be welcome.  Oh & available in size 6 or so.  TIA!!

Sorry to 'crash' the French board but you're my only hope!  My son is a big fan of the French Asterix comic books.  I was wondering if there was Asterix fabric available in fabric stores & if so, are there any on-line French fabric stores?  Your help is much appreciated!  Thanks in advance.

My son is a big Star Wars fan & since I'm making his sister a funky purple scarf for Christmas, I wanted to make him something too.  I'd really like to make him something out of the cool Star Wars fleece they have.  However, his grandmother is making him a Harry Potter scarf so another scarf is out, he has a ton of winter hats (& we live in TX where's theres not much need) & I'm going to make him a fleece throw of some sort from a panel. 
So, any ideas of something fleece I can make besides the usual stuff?  I'd like to limit it to 1 yard if possible.  Thanks in advance!
