2  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: Dragon Quest Family (verbose and img. heavy) on: October 31, 2006 05:29:01 AM
Ok, ok.  The Blue Slime thing is throwing me off.  Is that from Dragon Quest or from from Loco Roco?

The little Loco Roco ball thing looks exactly like that, and I would LOVE to have an adult costume of that.

Awesome job, either way.  Its awesome to have an entire family dress up!

Very awsome costumes <3, the blue slime is very much from dragonquest. Way cute too!

Was wondering if there are any craftsters that are local to the Niagara penninsula, and the surrounding areas, hoping to find out if there are any decent groups I am missing out on, as well as finding fellow crafty friends in the area is always great
5  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Craftroom Organiztion on: January 17, 2006 04:59:28 PM
Okay Craftsters, I am curious to see your work areas, how do you choose to keep your millions of paints seperated from you unending collection of buttons?

Currently my craft area also doubles as my bedroom, and I am in serious need of giving it a lift, getting things a little more organized. What have you found works for you? Expecially those who are short of space and/or money.

Come on, share your secerets Wink
6  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / Talk About The Swap Process / Canadians Shipping to US and Overseas? on: January 17, 2006 04:41:19 PM
Okay, I am soon hoping to take part in the craft swap process, however I have yet to participate, and haver very little clue what to expect, which services are best to stick with.

I am looking for peoples experiences, (good and bad) suggestions, and estimations for the cost to ship.

What is the most expensive package you have sent, what is the cheapest?

Thanks,
  Allison

Strapless, but gloves with it would rock!
9  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Self Portriat: Acyrlics on: January 15, 2006 06:15:38 PM
Okay, so I am not very practiced when it comes to working with paints (I normally sew) however, one of the assignments for art was a to take a photo (manipulated in adobe) and then do an acyrlic self portrait. I admit there is plenty of room for improvement, however, I am still content with the results of the painting. (First time for a project so large) Anyhow, any friendly critiques are appreciated...
