1  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re: Worst Supplier EVER! on: March 08, 2010 03:38:38 PM
I know, right? You'd think with something as asynchronous as email, she could write out her rudeness, then go back and rewrite something more pleasant.

It's a shame to have so many customers that they no longer matter to you.
2  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re: Worst Supplier EVER! on: March 08, 2010 01:08:42 PM
Here's her reply. This company will never ever ever get my business.

OK, if you choose to believe her, then that is the decision you have made.
I will not dispute this, it's utterly ridiculous, plain and simple.  No two people
have identical taste in fragrances and we DO encourage our 6 pack trial
fragrances.  I stand by what I said 110%.

We take great pride in our quality and if you choose to go elsewhere, that
is certainly your prerogative and considering the frame of mind you appear to
be in, it's likely a better idea for you to shop elsewhere, you will likely be happier
and that's what you want to shoot for..

Please do not send anything like this in the future, I pay no attention to things
like this since it's negativity and we have so very little of it that I really do not
care to deal with it.  Please keep it to yourself, I have no need to see it. WE
know we have the best quality, if anyone else doesn't, there a multitude of
vendors to choose from.

Best to you,
Susan

Wow. Thanks for that. I was considering ordering from them. Instead, I sent an email to them letting them know that I wasn't and why.

I really love the green and grey one. I'd absolutely wear that myself.

I like it with the heart. It's definitely an add and not a take-away.

I like Asbjorn's idea about the bathmat, only I'd assemble it by connecting the bracelets (uncut) as circles.  But maybe that wouldn't be too comfortable on the feet.

That's a really good idea. I think the ones that are more squishy would be comfy no matter what.

That's awesome! I can't believe it's made form foam.
