1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Kara Janx Project Runway Hat on: March 07, 2006 12:29:44 AM
Thanks!  The hat is actually really simple.  It's all in the yarn.

Mmm, Project Runway addiction.  Can't wait until Wednesday!!!
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Madli's Shawl on: March 07, 2006 12:29:07 AM
Pretty!  I knit one too, but without the nupps.  The nupps are lovely, but I didn't have time for them.

I'm obsessed with Project Runway, so I had to make a knitted hat from Kara Janx's runway collection

I put the details on my blog

5  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Knit House Tissue Box Cover on: January 12, 2006 01:33:01 PM
Cute!  I've seen a bunch of Japanese crochet tissue box covers, but never a knit one.  My friend has a book with some that are frogs and such.  They're super cute.
6  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: More Yarn, Less Art - Knitting Photography *IMAGE HEAVY* on: January 12, 2006 01:31:38 PM
Oooh, those are nice.  My husband got a new camera and tripod for our last vacation, but I haven't tried them out yet.  I got a macro lens I'm dying to try with it.  Yarn makes a great subject!

7  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Delphine Wilson inspired sweater on: January 12, 2006 01:29:03 PM
Thank for the compliments!  I've started swatching for another sweater based off this one.  This one actually looks like it'll be easier.  That spiralling arm thing took a lot of trial and error.

(Edited to fix link)

Oh wow, I love it!  Nice color choice.  Forecast is definitely on my To Do list.
9  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: My Knit Ribbon Dress!! on: January 10, 2006 10:41:17 PM
Wow, that's awesome.  I thought it was shimmery fabric at first.  I love the texture!
