Here are some felt mascots my mom and I made from The Cute Book by Aranzi Aronzo

Monkey, Pinky, Sprite, and Squirrel!

My mom made Pinky, and I made the other three.  All of these are from patterns in the book, but I think I might try to make up my own pattern for one.  there are a few more pics on my blog Smiley

thanks for the comments  Grin  Grin  Grin

I think it probably took me maybe...umm...well. ..I'm terrible at estimating.  I think it could get done in a day of just working on it...hope that helps  Roll Eyes It was a pretty easy knit, and really didn't take that long.

I didn't have any problems making the earflaps, although I did notice that  on the SK2P rows I had to SK2P, remove the marker, k1, then put the marker back on.  The directions weren't very clear on that part.

18  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / a hat just in time for valentine's day on: February 07, 2007 12:02:25 PM
Someone had posted the heart hat from knit.1 (I think) here a while ago, and I knew I HAD to make it.

It was an easy and quick knit, and I love how it turned out!!

Thanks for the comments!  The Tychus hat was a lot of fun to knit, and it was super easy and fast.  I think I finished in it about two days!
