1  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Rainbow Butie Monster on: January 27, 2013 11:48:49 PM

Made this little guy the first time about 4 years ago, but forgot to write down the pattern, but I really wanted to remake it so I did!
Some of the colors I originally used were discontinued, so I had to improvise, but Simply Soft still has lots of great colors.
Side note: Buying yarn in an actual store is sooo impossible nowadays. I feel old. I miss yarn stores.
2  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Dragon for my Baby on: April 30, 2012 06:59:24 PM
I love your dragon, did you use a pattern?
I made it up as I went along Smiley
3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Rainbow Ripple Baby Blanket on: April 26, 2012 01:55:33 PM
I'm having a baby in June and I'm in full-on baby stuff making mode. It's a girl, so I am excited to make lots of colorful fun stuff for her!
I made her this baby blanket with Caron Simply Soft Brites (one of my fav yarns)

4  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Dragon for my Baby on: April 26, 2012 01:49:32 PM
So, I'm due in early June with a little girl, we're naming her Lucy (we are already calling her Lulu). She's a "year of the dragon" baby, so I decided I would make her a special snuggly doll just for her.
I made my first bear ever for my son almost 7 years ago and I was so excited to have another baby to make stuff for, and a girl at that!
I used Caron Simply Soft Brites. Smiley

5  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Rainbow Unicorn on: September 27, 2011 10:57:49 AM
He's a bigger doll than most of mine...about 10" from snout to tail!
6  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Rainbow Unicorn on: September 27, 2011 10:28:07 AM

I got the hankering to try a unicorn! I made the mane in separate pieces and all in Caron Simply Soft Brites! Love rainbow colors!
7  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Candy Corn and Candied Apple on: September 19, 2011 11:14:00 PM

I made them because I am currently obsessed with Candy Corn! I really had fun and actually made two drafts of this before figuring out the right technique to give it the shape I wanted.
What's fun is that something so simple could teach me so much!
I used Caron Simply Soft brites!
