I am also vegan, and I'm having a tough time figuring out just how I should make my cake.  Do you know how your MIL stacked the three tiers?  Did she frost each tier, and then stack them?  Or vice versa?

If you work at a place where you have to be on your feet all the time, maybe craft something in a pretty box with things to pamper herself with: lotion, bubble bath, etc etc.  Maybe something winter-y like peppermint or chocolate. 

Or, if you sew, maybe make a nice fleece blanket for her!  With a pillow!  Everyone loves that during the winter.

I became vegetarian when I was 15 because I suffered from anorexia- it was an easy way to get out of eating, disgustingly enough.  Also, I was tired of chicken, steak, porkchops, etc etc.  The same ol' stuff my dad cooked.  Not that he's a bad chef or anything.

Anyway, I am still vegetarian to this day, except as of August, I became vegan.  I do it mostly for the animals, and because I think all animal products are gross to eat considering, for example, in milk they allow a certain amount of PUS and BLOOD.  Sick.  And sad.  Of course, I guess I slip up because I cook my fiance meat and animal products.  Also, my mother in law bought me a wool scarf and a leather jacket in Scotland.  How...unthoughtful.

I think we're just going to tie on tags, instead of using stickers.

For other favours, I made little packages with typical wedding Jordan almonds, mixed with green/red/silver Hershey's kisses.  Cute idea? 

Also, for the closest members who are coming, we are making memory ornaments. 

So I bought this white dress off of ebay.  There is flimsy tulle at the bottom of the dress and it goes to right under my knees.  I would love to embellish this dress if I have time.  Any ideas?

I loved the idea for the invites, and ended up stealing it!  :/  Don't be mad!  Anyway, mine wasn't exactly the same, but we cut out little windows like yours.
