So I bought this white dress off of ebay.  There is flimsy tulle at the bottom of the dress and it goes to right under my knees.  I would love to embellish this dress if I have time.  Any ideas?

So I guess the detail is poor in this photo, but I can try to get a detail photo later.  Should I paint this or leave it alone?

I got an awesome CD from la petite moi today!!  She drew an adorable angel for the cover - I'll try to scan it later.
