GraceOblivious, thanks Smiley  After seeing all the wonderful projects that are not created with store bought felt, I'm very keen on learning how to needle felt and wet felt!

I claim Kristen81 and I will make her a panta!!! Smiley

This is my first wish!

Okay, here's my list:

* Dangly earrings or chandelier earrings in silver tone.

* Handspun Yarn.  Ive yet to learn how to spin, and I would love to try it someday.  For now, Im content to be bowled over by someone elses handspun yarn.

*Tote Bag.  Honestly, Im not much of a purse person.  I usually stuff things in my pockets and end up losing some of these items.  This has gotta change!!!  I <3 this one: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=52143.0 ...or something similar! Yay for Kristen81!!!    Silly me...  I meant to say Yay for dontlookback!!!

*Needle Felting Kit.  After admiring the wonderful needle felted projects in this forum, I would love to learn how to needle felt!

*Art for my wall.  Yep, Ive been living in my current place for more than a year and the walls are still bare!  I love abstract artwork and sculptures!

*Fabric.  Vintage, Retro, Japanese, Mod styles are awesome.

*Amigurumi Animal A little bunny, panda or bear would be much appreciated!

I live in the US and I like crafted items that are whimsical, yet functional.  My favourite colors are Black, Red (deep shades), Blue (all shades!), Grey, Lime Green, and Amethyst.  It's really hard to describe all my likes/dislikes!  Thanks!

awhhhhh MUST FELT A CACTUS!!!!

I'm assuming you'll be needle felting one?  If so, I'd love to see a picture of it!  The one I made for jungrrl was stitched from regular felt.
6955  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: What are you gonna do with your $1 Target yarn(s)? on: January 29, 2006 05:58:46 PM
KimberlyPye, that afghan is beautiful Smiley  Which sort of 'Target' yarn did you use?  I wish I knew how to crochet!

jungrrl, I'm so glad to hear that you like your stuff Smiley  Pancake is a wee bit shy and he was really anxious about making the trip in Chicago Grin

kookoosp, I <3 your wallet!!  If that's your first, I can't wait to see the others  Wink

tigergirl, non-US participants are welcome to join the swap when it starts Smiley

Sign-ups won't start for another 3 weeks or so, but I'm gonna work on an in-depth questionnaire so that everyone will be able to receive their 'dream wallet'.  I'll post a draft version of the questionnaire in this thread so that we can all add our input to it - or at the very least you guys can let me know if I've left out any crucial questions!!!

Revised schedule for the wallet swap:

I'll try to send a reminder (via pm) to the folks who have indicated an interest in this swap Cheesy
6959  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Fabric Swap on: January 26, 2006 10:38:08 AM
I was thinking 1/2 yards to a few people. I usually need more than a 1/4. Does that work?

That would be fine with me Smiley  I was just asking because I wasn't sure!  It's about time we had a fabric swap!
6960  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Fabric Swap on: January 26, 2006 04:58:17 AM
I'm up for a quick fabric swap Smiley  Just so I'm clear about things, we'll be sending fat quarter pieces to our partners, right?
