I sort of get what you are saying. I do this with yarn a lot. I buy it because it is pretty. Then when I need yarn for a project, I can't use anything in my stash because it is either the wrong color or I don't have enought of it or whatever. Why do I have this need for more and more yarn and fabric Huh Why?

You've pretty much described my yarn and fabric stash Tongue  About a month ago, I tried to organize my craft room and was appalled to realize that:

1.  My yarn stash just about rivals my fabric stash (and I just picked up knitting last summer...)
2.  I found yarn and fabric that I never knew I had Tongue
3.  I needed to buy more plastic totes to hold the yarn and fabric that was being neglected (i.e. left in their original shopping bags with receipts and all)
4.  I only had 2 knitting WIP and 1 sewing WIP projects, which led me to wonder why oh why am I building this stash?!??

That celtic FQ is gorgeous  Shocked  The colors are sooo pretty.  I love the simplicity of the black and white polka dots too Smiley

I'll like to claim a FQ each of #7 and #10 from Melladh's stash Cheesy

Here's the link to my list of fabrics to choose from, 6th post on the first page of this swap thread.

Perhaps the USPS tracking system is lagging.  If she sent you a pm, that's good enough for me!  Go ahead and post!  I'm always ready to see more fabric goodies Cheesy

How'd you manage that?

My thesis advisor told me to shape up or ship out?  Jokes aside, I'm a perfectionist Tongue  That flaw eventually snuffed out any 'procrastinator' tendencies Wink

Cool.  I can't wait to see more pictures of fabrics, Crafterbynite Cheesy

EDIT:  I checked the DCN for SunshynDyzne's package and found out that it has not been claimed by her.  Unless she has sent you a pm indicating otherwise, please hold off on posting pictures of the fabric you sent!  Meanwhile, I would love to see the fabrics she sent to you Cheesy

KittyKurl, you could always get pre-approved *not so subtle hint*

As long as you hold off on making a claim until you have your list of fabrics ready for someone to claim from, you'll be fine Smiley
