Sorry babe, but I think its just your hoop. Mine was good. Good news though is that hoops are relativly inexpensive and you can find them at any craftstore (and walmart). Now go get that hoop and start making pretty things... Grin

I've def. had hair break off as a result of bleaching but never fall out.
