Here is the article that helped me pad out the form http://www.haabet.dk/TightLinings_andBoning/15.html
I wrapped mine a little different but overall I found it very useful. There are even instructions to make arms for your form, awesome!!
Now I'm fully aware that I am overweight and need to lose thirty pounds but, seeing the form finished is a hard pill to swallow. All the lumps and bumps match me nearly to a tee.
After purchasing the basic form from Roxy Displayhttp://www.roxydisplay.com/product-p/jf-f10-fslash-12w+bs-01
I decided to buy the Fabulous Fit Patented Fitting System to help get it just right http://www.fabulousfit.com/
It comes with thirteen pads and two jersey covers.
First I added quilt batting to fill out the form about an inch.
Then I started adding the pads according to the directions. I had to add a little more batting here and there to get the measurements right, then put the final cover on top. Now I have an inanimate twin, sorry for the image you are about to see but trust me, better her than the real me. Can't wait to try it out, Infinity dress here I come.
