I got the biggest, bestest, most awesomest - can my grammar get worse? - package from Kid Compassion today!

Check out my loot!! Woo Hoo!

Sassy Apron with matching crochet dish towel:

Resin Magnets:

Matching Napkins with kickass napkin rings!

My Kitchen is officially Bitchin'

It is all cross stitched! As you can see it already found a home. Smiley

An Orange Strainer... have you ever seen and orange strainder? Not me, but now I have one and love it. She sent some organic muffin mixes:

And, i loved the orange strainer so much that I took another pic with the crochet orange and banana in it:

My 2 year old is very taken with the banana. No joke he is sleeping with it tonight. Good work...

And last but not least, a sassy pearl necklace because all suzys need one to complete their "put together" look:

I don't quite understand why my pics all have that angelic glow. Maybe because my goodies are so awesome, or maybe because my son's greasy little fingers touched the lense? All I know, is that everything was SO WONDERFUL!

Kid Compassion ROCKS!

So, I heard from my great swap partner four eyed girl that she received what I sent her. I'm posting the pics.

She made this a few months ago and I commissioned her to make me one: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=120181.msg1151508#msg1151508

it should be in my mailbox today or tomorrow.

Anyway, this is what I traded her for it.

Thank you thank you.

Miss Piratecore was so generous and said she wanted to make my son a shirt. How cool is that?

I'm trying to get an action shot of the boy wearing it, but my camera batteries are dead so I am a slave to the cord.

She sent me two great "R is for Pirate" shirts, some skull stickers, and a skull bead for me... I think it is for me... I'm claiming it. Smiley

THanks Amy!

If you've got better photos please post them! Mine aren't too good.

Here is one of my decorations. I took this picture of my skeleton tree last week but I have added a lot to it. I'll post more later.

Wowzers, Piratecore! Those rawk!!

I got an equally rockin' package in the mail today. Thanks Livingwithles for making my boring saturday afternoon so exciting! Smiley

Cassette Tape Artwork

Day of the Dead Tote

Skeleton Man

As you can see, the skeleton man is a a perfect addition to my skeleton tree. I love adding skeletons to this during the halloween season.

Well, I know my partner recevied (she PMed me) but she hasn't posted pictures. To make this poor gallery a little more exciting, I thought I'd post for her. Summerthyme, i hope you don't mind.

A large tote for her to carry her books to and fro:

A standard Pillowcase set for her dorm room pillows:

A trinket box:

Skeleton Note Cards:

Note card up close (sorry for the blurriness):

Fun swap! Can't wait to see what's coming to me. Smiley

90  I'm not paying $68 for that!! Cherella Knockoff Bag in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by SewingLori on: September 07, 2006 08:49:16 AM
While at the children's museum last weekend, I noticed a stylish mother across the room carrying the most AMAZING bag. I had to have it.

This is the Cherella Boho bag that stylish mommy was carrying:

So, using the supplies I had on hand, I came up with my own version using the Amy Butler (i'm such a fan of her easy-peasy patterns) Swing Bag pattern.

I'm pleased! I'm excited to make more that look more like the original.

Thanks for looking!
