someone just sent me the link to another "eerily similar" pattern. i suppose it could be synchronicity, but the similarities to the fakie seem beyond coincidental, IMHO...

this is the one they're charging $72 bucks for! what i don't understand is why someone would buy this pattern when they can get the one we all came up with for FREE! : )

thanks landry. it's row 3. but if you make the b-hole at the start of the RS row, it ends up placing your buttonholes on the left side of the cardigan instead of the right-hand side. i did it as written in the pattern and ripped out twice bec the buttonhole was on the left and not the right. what am i doing wrong?

has anyone found a mistake in the BFC pattern re: buttonhole placement? i've ripped twice bec my buttonhole ends up on the left hand side instead of the right!

the twinkle knit measurements are when the garment is laid flat; not your actual bust measurement.

landry: would you mind noting the mistakes you're finding with the BFC? i'm making that one right now and haven't come across anything glaring. yet. also i love oatmeal's idea to create seamless sleeves for this design! i noticed that wenlan did that with other sweaters from her fall runway...wish she had done it for this one!

i know. i love it too. jump on over the twinkle big city knits KAL for more twinkle talk...unfortch, that dress isn't in the book, but seems like it'd be easy to decode...

hmmmm...so, you sort of grafted the stitches together...is that right? i will definitely try this...i'm working on the BFC right now, but have a little ways to go b4 i get to armholes.

thanks so much for telling us how you did it!
