51  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: my take on the dino hoodie / shrug on: September 22, 2005 10:00:30 AM
so cute - toddler sizes would be fabulous. i can just see my 2.5 year old running around in a little bitty dino hooded shrug.

i wish i had thought of this while i was pregnant with my two babies - i just added the wide elastic band covered in fabric. i love that your t-band could be worn long, folded or scrunched down depending on your size and what shirt you decide to wear. brilliant!!

i also have to agree that the pictures need to be a bit crisper - they are grainy and a bit blurry. you don't necessarily have to go the white background look as it can be a bit boring, and i don't know if you take your pics inside, but i have found i get clearer more accuratly colored pics when i take them outside. natural sunlight can really add a lot of depth to a pic.

i really like the graphics/drawings that you have. and, unlike most cafepress shops, i really love the fact that almost everything you're trying to seel has a different image associated with it. it's not just 15 different items with a peace sign on it. my only suggestion -  add some girlie looking shirts as the one you've got now is a bit to "manly" for me.  good job!
55  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Tips for Participating in Craft Fairs / Re: bounced checks on: September 21, 2005 07:53:48 PM
also, my understanding is that you can take the bounced check to your local police/sheriff dept and they can find them for you. bouncing checks is a "serious" crime according to most states and it is a crime you can file with your local pd or sd - so make sure you at least write down their license number!! although, i probably wouldn't bother to take checks at all.
