1  Re: Sweat shop swap (SSS) round 9! Closes May 16th in ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED by roxybadoxy on: May 16, 2007 07:14:12 PM
hey ladies! sorry it took so long to get up pictures so... i'm making these rings

and here are the colors

^I'm really sorry the picture is so blurry. my camera was just not cooperating.
top: red, beige/sand, yellow, mint, lime green, and green
bottom: light blue, aqua, blue, amethyst, and lilac

i have still to make the pouches. i haven't been able to go to the store because i've been kind of busy with school, finals, and my big trip next friday! so my apologies.

when you choose which one you want don't forget to tell me which colors you would like them in and what ring size. thanks ladies and i sure hope you like them!

Hey ladies! i was thinking of making these wire wrapped rings.

^this ring is so simple and cute! i can make it in 2 different bead colors (instead of the black i have this really pretty pink/blue, pink/yellow, or blue/green) It also comes in different wire colors. (i'll post pictures of the beads and wire if people are interested)

^it was hard to take a picture of the top but it's a swirl if you can't see. sorry it's not a very clear/focused shot. but i promise it looks way better in person.
-the bead comes in different colors like aqua, turquoise, green, yellow, mint, sand/beige, and amethyst (pictures of colors will be posted if people are interested). the wire wraps around the bead as show in the first picture.

the rings will come in cute felt pouches. i haven't made them yet, but once i do i'll post pictures

and lastly if you don't like rings how about an initial necklace?
ok well this is my idea. you can choose any 1 letter from the alphabet (the pendant is pretty big but i can attempt to make it smaller). i'll make it like the picture below (i hammered that one because i really liked the look of it, but if you don't like it, it doesn't have to be) and it will be on a chain necklace with a simple bead of your color choice (i'll post pictures of the colors if people are interested.)

(once i finish the necklace, hopefully you ladies will get a better idea of what i'm talking about)

so anyone interested in either of these items?!

10  tank top problems!!! in Clothing: Discussion and Questions by roxybadoxy on: January 15, 2007 09:26:43 AM
hey ladies and gents!
i haven't posted anything i've made in a while but well yesterday i had a little spree of inspiration and i made this tank top. after thinking i did an amazing job, when i tried it on it was tight and well not only can you see my bra but you can see boobage (minimal boobage might i add) i was wondering if you guys can help me fix this little problem.

the red part is my bra...

so yea i have an idea but i'm not sure how i would go about doing it and it would be pretty hard to do it also. and also i really don't want to take it apart because i'm pretty much in love with it! so any help would be amazing!!! i might end up just wearing a tank under it because i don't really want to touch it and ruin it.

thanks for the help! and i'd love to know what you think of the tank itself!
