I made this doll for an Alice and Wonderland Swap on Flickr.com

I made my own pattern after a little picture of a doll similar to this, which i found on the internet. I added glasses and a little umbrella. Isn't he cute? My first doll ever!

I made this for the Ancient Cultures Swap. Little hieroglyph stamps made out of erasers. Fun and easy to do!! (just don't forget to flip the images before carving, as i did the first time -oops)

I received today from Ria (Sparrowinter), a lovely greek alphabet in cross-stitch, which i'll frame and then can use in my classroom, how cool is that? I really, really love it! Can't wait for the other items.



The last line of text means 'life is beautiful', isn't that sweet!??

I received today from Lauren/Lamamarco!!



In the package there were:
- lucky charms (can't wait to try them!)
- 'nerds' candy (soooo yummy!!)
- a whole bag of candy and chewing gum
- two adorable childrens books
- newspaper
- magazine
and supercute cards!! (love these!)
