Hello everyone!  Smiley

This is a needlework I did a while ago. I printed out the letters from my computer as a stencil, but the rest of the details I made up myself.

12  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / self-portrait on: August 09, 2010 09:13:39 AM
Hey craftsters! What's up? Wink

Today I made a self-portrait of myself which I thought turned out very well.
I can "see" myself in the picture. This is the first time I'm doing a self-portrait, so I'm very happy about this one, since it's my first try drawing myself!  Smiley

13  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Lovely bumblebee on: June 23, 2010 04:36:28 AM
Hello there everyone!  Wink

It's been a long time since a posted something here on craftster, but now I'm doing it! So here is a little fun painting I did for mom and dad on valentines day, it's painted with acrylics and it didn't take long time to do it at all. The only thing that can be a little bit tricky when you're painting with acrylics is that two colors can easily blend in to each other if they are very close to each other, and that's always a little bit of a challenge when you're painting with acrylics or watercolors. But I guess that all of you already knew that!  Wink

Anyway here she is, my little bumblebee!

Hello!

This is a drawing I finished a while ago, I painted it out of a book in school it took me about one or two lessons. So it was a pretty quick project, but I'm very happy how it turned out in the end.

Tell me what you think, thanks for looking!

15  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Acrylicpainting of flowers on: July 09, 2009 07:52:56 AM
Hello!
An acrylicpainting that I've made up with the help of my imagination and a picture as inspiration to start.
Nothing special really, but I think it's pretty and very colorful.

16  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Drawing of Mary-Kate or is it Ashley Olsen? on: July 09, 2009 07:45:31 AM
Hi everyone!
This is a drawing of Mary-Kate or Ashley Olsen, I don't know wich one is who Cheesy, that I recently finished. I'm so happy about it, I think this is the best drawing I've ever made, at least one of my best drawings. I don't think I've drawn a character that looks this real before, so that's one of the reasons why I like it so much!

I used a ordinary pencil, a rubber, a very soft rubber that you can shape by yourself ( I don't know what you call it) and my own fingers as shading since I don't have a correct pencil for that.

Let me know what you think!

Hi everyone!
This is a painting I've made with acrylic. I got my inspiration from a children's book. So I painted a part of one of the pictures in the book, and I'm very happy how it turned out! I must say I think it looks great. Grin
