am i stupid? i was wondering whether the k11 part was a typo. is it supposed to be k10?

if not, there's only 1 stitch left at the end, so what two stitches am i knitting together? and oh, is it completely necessary to switch to dpns? cause mine are too short to accomodate that many stitches.

i find it unbelievable that i've been knitting for so long, but when it comes to knitting in the round, i'm inept.

7  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Healthy Recipes? on: July 29, 2007 06:35:12 PM
My favorite thing to make is pasta salad!!

I use whole wheat pasta. Then I sautee zuccini, squash, carrots, peppers, and tiny pieces of pepperoni for flavor. I mix it all together then sprinkle mozzarella on top. I add in as little italian dressing as possible.-to keep it as healthy as i can.

it's incredible!

I recommend this one. Not complicated, easy to use, and one of the cheapest i've found that works fairly well.
9  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / Re: Is this a good sewing machine to start off with? on: July 27, 2007 09:06:38 AM
hey i've had this machine for a few years. (my parents bought a fairly cheap one, not knowing if i'd stick with the sewing thing..i did.)

anyway, it's been fine for me. obviously, it's not the BEST out there, but if you're just starting out, i recommend it. not too complicated, not too overwhelming. it works just fine unless you are going to be doing incredibly intricate stuff, i'd guess. and if you decide later sewing's not your thing, at least you didn't blow a few hundred bucks.
10  COOKING / Dessert / Re: cupcakes :) on: July 27, 2007 08:16:59 AM
