-Dyabolica,

Please do post yours, too!  And patterns would be very neat!  Even though I don't do this, I would love to give it a try at some point (as if I don't have enough irons in the fire  Wink )

Now a headset!!!!  You are just cracking me up!!!!  All your accessories are so cute for an already VERY cute monster!  Any plans to make a car or subway for him to commute in?  He sort of looks like he drives a Mazda Miata but when he takes the subway he talks quite loudly so everyone can know how important he is!   Grin  Maybe I should officially acknowledge that I'm having WAY too much fun "playing" with your monster!

Dear Jade-Mom,

I am in awe of your two new additions (as if I weren't impressed enough by the first picture  Wink ).  The blue gradation is so pretty and I love the idea of using this style on a purse of some sort, as you have done with the pink!  Can't wait to see what other weavings you create!

7  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Catch-22 (book, not the band) messenger bag stencil... my first stencil effort! on: June 03, 2005 05:14:17 AM
I adore that book!  For weeks after I read it, I pestered all my friends to read it, too.  I don't think they ever did, though.  *sigh*  Anyway, it doesn't matter because you did and now you have made a super fabulous messenger bag!  Really lovely work!  I have no suggestions to offer on setting the paint or anything, though, since I haven't done any stenciling on textiles (yet).
