1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Three skirts - polka dots, rainbow and plaid on: August 24, 2006 04:58:33 PM
Those are very cute! The red one is a very good length for you. I really like above the knee puffy skirts much better than knee length ones. They're so much more flattering.

Thank you very much for scanning those! I'm sure I'll be able to use them for something. I really like how lots of them have instructions on how to draw them.
3  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Girly Swap sign-ups July 30th- August 6th (or untill full) Mail by August 25th on: July 31, 2006 02:22:33 PM
That would be great. I need to see how much free time I have with school. (I have 4 art classes + 1 programming class so that probably means tons of homework Sad)

This sounds really cool. Maybe I'll join, I just have to get a couple other swaps done (or at least started) first.
5  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: "Fetching" from Knitty.com on: July 29, 2006 09:40:42 PM
That looks very nice. How big did it turn out to be? Because the pattern is just one size, 7in on the cuff unstretched, but my wrists are just almost 7 inches. Do you think they would be too big for me? I guess I could just go down a needle size or two.

That's fine by me.

Hello, there! I saw your post for this on EGL; my sn on LJ is circle_of_ashes. what a small world ...

^^ I think your skirt is very cute. I really like the style.
Thank you very much! I've noticed a few people both on here and on that lj, it's sort of weird, lol.

Cute!! I really like it with the camisole too!
Thanks! That camisole isn't really that cute, it's just pinned up about 5in in the back to make it fitted for the picture.

Here are my extra craft supplies. The Playstation controller is there for scale.
#1. a bunch of silk embroidery threads:

#2. 2 yards of frog fabric:

#3. 1.5 yards of pokemon fabric:

#4. 0.5 florescent yellow fabric (it is actually about the color of a highlighter):

#5. grey and black boucle yarn. it is about a full skein, but I don't know what it is called, it's 100% acrylic:

#6. grey sparkly yarn:

#7. lion brand magic stripe sock yarn:

#8. This is some neat textured thin yarn:

#9. This is some crazy weird yarn. It's a silky strand and a nubbly strand:

Can I claim boo for the animal eyes? Or is it too soon for me to claim again?
