I was having the same dilema after getting my beautiful distinctive fabrics swatches. I've been hand sewing them into a quilted throw blanket. It's tedious so i do a few squares a night. I think it will be neat when its finished, considering the materials were free. I also used one to make a small silk pouch to hold my rings inside my jewelry box
Walmart sells all sizes, shapes and colours of dry erase boards. I saw on here once that someone had made bulletin boards out of circles of cork, they looked like bubbles. You could maybe do something like that with a dry erase circle board and then the cork boards around it.
That sucks about your car. My baby was totalled last march and I bawled. IT was honestly like losing a friend, not to mention the hassles of walking. I'm sorry some people got uptight but I think your Chester is: a. well done b. hilarious
