Nicely done! I actually did the same thing with that same origami paper a few months ago...



I used some other papers, too. Mine became pins!

I leave for college in a week, but all of my friends have already left. As a result, I am sitting around and wicked bored. So, I decided to take some cool evolutionary sketches of animal fetuses by Earst Haeckel.

My first attempt was with freezer paper. Note: Do not attempt to iron a notebook. It doesn't really work and you'll ruin it. The stencil turned out great, but now the notebook is all bubbley and kinda unusable.





Second and best attempt. It's a chicken fetus!




Third attempt was bad- it was a turtle fetus. I wiped it off and started over.

It doesn't really look like a pig, but it's cute.

I like them, and am looking forward to using them.

The long ones are made with origami paper and will be made into pins- I haven't put the backs on yet.

The cards are my favorite, they'll also be pins. I'm saving the colored "Joker" for myself.




The little squares will be magnets/pins. I used origami paper, but for a couple I used to Japanese instructions that came with the paper.



The circular bits are going to be pendants- I dremel'd holes in them, I just need to attach jump rings and the chain.




I'm so happy with how they all came out!

Guys are so very hard to buy for. So i decided not to! For Christmas this year, I made my boyfriend a Tiny Carl Jung Doll!! He's made entirely of felt.

I made these the other night. All of the stencils are from stencilry, except for the text under Marie Curie. I got the t-shirts from a newly discovered American Apparel store, they're really good for finding plain shirts in lots of colors.

Alright, so he's harmless. I got these plain black binders for school, and this is what happens when you're really pissed off at ten thirty on a Friday night. Well, it's either this or going out and killing a man with your bare hands. So decoupage it is.










Really, I just took an old poster, (no idea how old, but old) cut it up, and Mod Podge'd it onto my binders.

So I got this assignment for Brit Lit to make a Grendel, the monster from the epic poem, Beowulf. Knowing that I couldn't draw or paint, I decided to sew somthing. It's my first attempt in a stuffed animal.

I made this for a friend's birthday. She certainly liked it, and I'm pretty proud of it, too. It's my third stenciling attempt, my second with freezer paper.

Man do I love freezer paper.
