Okay here goes.  The 1st one is a foot hemmer.The three with rulers are adjustable hemmers.  The last one is a ruffler.  It is used for doing ruffles or gathering fabric.  I have  a Singer 99K made in the 1950s That came with some of these feet.  I hope that helps.  You can get an old Singer sewing machine manual online that would explain how to use the feet.  Smiley
