A few years ago I made an underbust corset pretty much like the one in your pictures and I found this site very to be useful

You can use this method for drafting the pattern and make it any shape you want basically!

I found this 60's pattern at a thrift store and thought it was adoreable. I made the dress for my god mothers grand daughter. I have no picture of her wearing it so these pictures doesn't really do the dress justice.
