We really should all get together. I moved here a little less than a year ago, and I still don't know anyone yet!

I haven't seen one of mine up in a couple of months, but I also haven't gotten one in a really long time. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted!

I'm really dissapointed that my cards didn't get to their intended recipients.

i used to be.  i am currently an unemployed archaeologist.  after 5 years of trudging through the woods, i'm looking for a career change!

We must have been seperated at birth. I'm unemployed, too, partly because it's winter, and partly because I think I might hate archaeology a little (ok, a lot). I'm sick of sore muscles and poison ivy and bee stings and sunburn etc.

Say could you knit or crochet around the bar with the wool yarn and full that?  or crochet/knit loosely and weave pulled apart yarn through some of the openings - or lace/sew a strip of knit/crochet onto the bar with more of the wool yarn?  That might be a cool experiment.

I was going to ask if fulling would work around something like that, but I really wanted to try with the rovings. But, this will be fun too!

I really would like to try this project, but I'm broke until  next semester. Would I be able to pull apart some wool yarn and use that??
