I haven't made any moulds but I have used a couple of those bead holding containers, I got one from the $2 shop that has been really good.  It long and it has about hmmm maybe 10 compartments  It's really good since each little bit has a lid so you close that and keep the dust out Wink
Once it's set if you open up all the lids the container is really bendy so you can wiggle it heaps and eventually the thingee you've made will drop out Cheesy

It's not really shallow, but i just dont pour too much resin in.

Really?  It seems really really hard!  I've been veg for hmmm about 5 years me thinks?  But vegan still seems uber difficult!
