1  Re: very, very large HOODIE --> BACKPACK in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by xotadorbugxo on: July 06, 2006 04:41:42 PM
i made one! tonite. no pics yet.. and it is soooo shabbilly done... sorta on purpose but also with a mix of.. its effin hot and i want this to be done! (so i can use it tomorrow) anyways when i get pictures i will show you all my craptastic hoodie to back pack

Can't wait to see it!

I LOVE that!  Especially the little fairies, that's such a cute touch.  The colour is really great, and I like how you kept the hoodie pocket on there - I didn't even notice the first time I looked, it just struck me.

You're pretty, too Smiley  I like your glasses.

Do you think it can hold a lot of stuff?  What's that little thing on the zipper?

Actually, this hoodie didn't even have a kangaroo pocket, I made my own but if the hoodie did I supose you could use it.

THANK YOU! I like my glasses too!

The little thing on the zipper is a little seal I got off my sister's Bratz's bag when she threw them away:

4  daisy box & black and pink boxes [img heavy!!!] in Completed Projects by xotadorbugxo on: December 25, 2005 04:49:04 AM
it's christmas break and i've been doing a lot of crafting type stuff to keep busy.  here are some of the 'fruits of my labor' so to speak.

the daisy box:

i just painted the box black and then glued the picture on top.  before gluing on the beads i sealed it with decoupage.  then i glued beads on top which works best if you string them on string and then glue them down and take the string out, if that makes sense.

and the other boxes:
all of them:

just the smaller one:

the medium one:

the largest one:

those were just painted black and then i used different types of brushes to dry-brush on the pink paint. then i used decoupage like before to seal it.

hope you enjoyed!
