Sliced Fruit - Strawberries, Apples, Bananas, Cantaloupe (NOT WATERMELON) etc.
A small cup of fat-free yoghurt or yoghurt substitute - Plain, Vanilla, or for extra taste, another contrasting flavour
A bowl and spoon
Method: (You can guess...)
1. Put fruit in bowl. 2. Pour on yoghurt. 3. Stir. 4. Bon appetit!
Its a great breakfast treat, naturally sweet, and delicious. Great for lacto-ovo vegetarians, ovo vegetarians, and vegans.
