24  Re: Dreadlocks in Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions by milkweed* on: March 15, 2008 10:04:05 AM
milkweed* cut apart where they were all connected. My hair is SOOOOOOO much better now.

Yeah, it would have been impossible to rip them, it would be like trying to rip one of these guys dreads in half:

27  Homemade Tattoo Gun in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by milkweed* on: February 26, 2008 07:48:13 PM
[Howdy everyone. As milkweed* sagely pointed out.. You should not attempt to give yourself a tattoo. Just wanted to emphasize this. - Leah (the craftster admin)]

My friend and i always wanted to try making one so we did today..
It woks but obviously we aren't going to use it on anyone, don't worry we aren't stupid enough to give ourselves (or anyone else) infections.
Its just to practice on fruits.
Heres the gun:

the needle:

and the orange i was tattooing:

Its made from a pen, an eraser, a motor from a RC car, a guitar string, tape, a battery, and a toothbrush.
