I used pattern Simplicity 4265 and modified it as follows:  shortened hem about 6 inches, and added a eyelet lace hem.  Shortened the bodice and took in side tucks in the whole torso area to prevent this floofing effect that vintage shapes tend to create in my midsection....

Oh yea, I made it starting at 9:30pm on Sunday because I decided I needed a new dress to wear on Monday morning to work

The green is a grass green cotton with tiny little white polka dots...and the edging is white with little tiny cherries...

I secretly wanted to make this thing fit me...but alas, I only had so much fabric...

But yea, Chamomile was recently proven to ease cramping...and orgasms...well, they've been known to alieveate cramps for some time...good luck!

I swear, this was the WORST quilt book EVER...it took like 30 some pages to explain how to do the 9-patch!!!!  

After the first 20 some pages, my mom and I gave up and were just winging it cuz the book was that dumb...we sort of want to burn the book now

I think that for a nice cold weather cocktail party...a nice spiced (and possibly spiked) chai would be LOVELY...

just pour a container of Chai (i prefer Oregon Chai) into a crock pot with milk (I prefer edensoy vanilla) and heat...and then when the guests arrive you could pour in a bit of spiced rum to warm them further!
