
No, I didn't completely make him, I was lucky enough to find this little guy in a toy bin at the local goodwill in 2001, where he was part of a Thanksgiving scene, he and his Indian wife and 2 "white" dolls (all naked). i bought him only, because of his obviously awesome hair, which was mangled and matted down in a big yarn bunch...
i used acrylic paint with fabric medium to paint his tattoos (he needs more) and i eventually painted shoes on him.. because i can never find good ones for him, i used a re-purposed TY beanie baby "leather" jacket, sewn and painted patches, all hand sewn clothes and accessories. his hair had to be cleaned, hair sprayed and flat ironed. he's always acquiring new clothes and looks.
