I made my first one today and I love it!! It's all dollar store stuff, besides the hanger which I had.. cost me like $3 total- yeay!

My mom has a cat that loves to unroll & chew up TP that is hanging next to the toilet. So she just sets the roll on the counter. Well I just found this fabulous tute: http://indietutes.blogspot.com/2007/10/toliet-paper-cozy.html and whipped one up for her. This would also be great for someone with a TP-loving toddler in the house!

I was very inspired by your towels!! Though it's totally not as good as yours, this is for mi madre for Christmas, to match her red-white-blue kitchen. I made it with quilt squares that I sewed together. Thanks for the idea!!!

My dad is Retired Army and was getting rid of a bunch of his old BDU uniforms a couple years ago. I snagged one of the jackets and whipped up a little pillowcase. It's pretty wonky because this was waay before I really got into sewing. The middle part with the buttons is open- it's where the pillow slips in at.
Anyway, it's a really simple thing but I thought it might give someone an idea
