(Copy&Pasted from the main thread b/c I'm kinda lazy...)

So I had this really beautiful necklace all mocked up on my bead board and ready to go, and then, true to my nature, I knock the whole thing over and have to start from scratch, lol.  So, better late than never, I suppose?

Double-strand necklace and earring set.  Beads include dyed freshwater potato pearls, glass seed beads, white shell disc beads, and round yellow/orange/white/beigey Calcite beads.  The ear wires are silver plated, the filigree box clasp is not.  FYI, the smaller strand on the necklace is 32 cm (14 inches) long, which might be too small for some people.  If you win and you need something bigger, just let me know!  I'll be more than happy to extend it/make a very similar just longer necklace for you Smiley

The set:

Double strand necklace and earrings.  They are made of various beads including white shell discs, misc. dyed freshwater pearls, glass seed beads.  The earwires are silver plated, however the clasp is not.

The smaller strand on the necklace is around 32 cm (14 inches), which might be a little too small for some people.  If you win and you want something bigger, just pm me and I can make you one very very similar (but maybe not exactly) to this necklace Smiley

Those pictures are neat!  Those must be great postcards Cheesy

I received from the lovely Ma Rut yesterday, and I must say she truly took my breath away! (oooh, that rhymes!)

This wonderful person sent me a recipe binder, a REVERSIBLE headband (fruits on one side, nice bright green on the other), some bright plastic buttons (gosh do I LOVE buttons), and some scraps of paper!

These are some of my favorite pages from the recipe book.  Ma Rut was definitely thorough with it, lol.  I love all the details and the kitschy-goodness.  The last pic is of a recipe for chocolate crackle cookies that Ma Rut added (and I'm glad she did it so nicely, so now I will hold all my recipes I add in it to the same aesthetic standards, lol).

THANK YOU MA RUT! Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Today I received my glorious package from the wonderful ecrameri!  Here is my bounty:

She sent me a swap journal, two sets of earrings (dolphins and turtles), an embroidered tank top, a handmade penguin card, a fishy eraser, and fishy glass stick-ons.

A closeup of the swap journal picture:

It's a turtle!  I really needed a swap journal, so this was PERFECT!

I really liked the penguin card (I'm a big fan of paper crafts).  Also, the fishes on the tank top are embroidered in blue thread.  I really like the cute little fishy eraser, and I'm saving the glass decals for when I get new dishes.  Huzzah!

Thank you very much for a SUPERB package, ecrameri!  I love it all!

I received my package from SeeMe today, hurrah!

THE SKETCHBOOK!

IT'S SALAZAR SLYTHERIN!  What a cutie Smiley  Also, the writing is runes that spell my name and say "Slytherin."

THE BACK!  A snake and the written form of parselmouth.  Fabulous!

A spectacular scarf!  I really like that one side goes vertical and one side goes horizontal.  I don't know how to knit, so things like that really impress me.  Must be magic! Cheesy

My tshirt!  The front has the Slytherin crest...

...and the back says "Slytherins aren't evil... we're just better than everyone."

Which is true, you know Wink

And my favorite item:

A nifty little knit pouch!  Perfect for when I'm playing Quidditch, because it holds...

THE GOLDEN SNITCH!

Best swap package ever. Thanks SeeMe, I love it all! Cheesy
