1  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / Singer 7462 Electronic Sewing Machine or Singer 7466 Electronic Sewing Machine ? on: July 03, 2006 03:44:16 PM
Hey,
I want to  buy a machine so Singer 7462 Electronic Sewing Machine or Singer 7466 Electronic Sewing Machin both seem like good machines for my price range..(199-299)

What I want to do with this machine is to make clothing ( dresses, pants, shirts, skirts etc.) I also want to be able do saw canvas (like converse material) and denim.. I also want to be able to saw bags too.
so are these machine good choices?
Also which one would you choose?

Thanks so much for the help...

4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / my t-shirt vest... on: April 22, 2006 11:40:52 AM
Hey,
This is probably shitty compared to some of the stuff you guys have made, but oh well...
My dad gave me this big box of old t-shirts and told me I could do whatever to them so I made this. I know that my cutting wasn't very clean, but I used no tutorial and it's my first one... Cheesy

Here's the pictures (please excuse my ugliness)

9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / My new Recon. Jeans... on: March 11, 2006 10:21:10 AM
Hey,
I just finished them... they have written on them my fave bands: Razorlight,The Distillers,Roxy Saint and so many more, My idols: Brody Dalle, Gwen Stefani, Aimee Echo, Prissy (from here), Xenia (from here) and some otheres., my favorite words: Vogue.Avante-Gard and Unique. and it also says Style=Personality and I'm not in the mainstream; I'm in the Alternative stream... I have a question it's  drawn w. sharpies; How do I wash it? W/ cold water?  I'm guessing it will fade, but that's ok..

Here are some pictures...
