1  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Graduation Party Ideas..food,etc. on: February 07, 2005 07:28:51 AM
My oldest daughter is graduating this year, so it will be PARTY time!  Anyone have some favorite grad party food or ideas?  I've been meaning to keep a list when we've been at grad parties , of what foods seem to be working out best, fun ideas , etc.  but ...well...i forgot.  The party won't be till June but I have to plan ahead. It will be an open house (outside). Weather permitting we'll have outdoor stuff like volleyball, horseshoes, bocciball (sp?). so all you creative people let loose with your favorite outdoor party ideas !!! Smiley
2  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Chai Tea Recipes... on: January 29, 2005 09:32:24 AM
We've been hooked on chai for a few years now but I have never made my own mix.  I enjoy stash green tea chai and several brands form Trader Joes ( oh how I enjoy trader joe stores !!!) Anyone willing to share their recipes ?  Kiss
The lovliest afternoon pick me up is black chai (double strength) with vanilla soy milk steamed /frothed.

Trufflegirl mentioned in a different topic that her dad adds maple syrup! I'm trying that today Smiley
