1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / silver and black hat on: December 13, 2006 07:16:49 PM
I knitted this in one night while listening to a book on tape.  It's just a stripe pattern, only instead of knitting all the way across with the black, I slipped every 5th stitch of the silver yarn to make the vertical stripes.  Does that make sense?  It was fun to make.

Thanks for looking!
2  HOME SWEET HOME / Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects / catnip milkbones on: December 13, 2006 07:12:48 PM
Between my sister and I, we have 6 cats.  We also have 4 dogs who LOVE milkbones.  So, catnip milkbones was a natural gift idea for our feline companions.  They are made of felt that I sewed together and stuffed with catnip.  Super easy!

And I couldn't resist trying them out...

The cats were pleased.  Cheesy
3  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Little crocheted Osho Zen bag on: August 24, 2006 04:45:09 PM
Hello!  This is my first post.  This is a small crocheted handbag with a t-shirt transfer sewn on.  I used Sugar n Cream cotton yarn and I got the fabric for the lining at a thrift store a few years ago, which I just sewed in by hand.  It's too small to be really practical, but it's deliciously cute.

The picture is The Lovers from the Osho Zen tarot deck.

Thanks for looking.    Grin
