2  Circle Skirt and Naked Brother! in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by cosmicjacuzzi on: July 17, 2006 01:36:50 PM
Ok, so he's not totally naked. He's 5 and wanted to catch a little bit of the glory.

This skirt is a product of a lot of hope and frustration. I'm not too amazing at sewing and I just wanted to crank something out. I'll make one later this week and it will look a lot better.

For my first real sewing project, I think it came out fairly well!  Cheesy

I recieved my wish of earrings from seaofstars!

There was a turquoise pair similiar to the first pair, too, but the picture must not have gotten uploaded. I'll check later and edit!

Thanks so much!

I went shopping today and got a few new shirts to go with these earrings. Yes, I plan my outfits around my jewelry!  Wink

I made this bracelet for the 2006 wishlist swap. The wish was a fruit and veggie charm bracelet, so this is what I came up with!

Entire bracelet.

First half.

Second half.

Close up!

I did NOT draw the pictures. I got them off of a clipart website that I cannot find the link to at the moment. I will continue to search and when I come across it, I will edit this.

Shh! Dont tell RCKFELLA what she got!

Cheesy

8  Ribbed for His Pleasure in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by cosmicjacuzzi on: December 25, 2005 12:03:32 PM
I made the 'Ribbed for Her Pleasure' scarf for my boyfriend. I think its pretty unisex in grey.

I started it in August and left it in my closet for months and months. Then, I realized how close Christmas was and I started knitting like a maniac. For instance, I would bring it to school and knit during study hall. One week and almost six feet later, it is done.

He will be recieving it in a few hours and I'll let you guys know what he thinks!  Grin

Two entire skeins. Whew.

Close up on the ribbing.

9  Donnie Darko Shrinky Dinks! in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by cosmicjacuzzi on: December 22, 2005 03:19:50 PM
First off, props to this thread right here -->http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=68157.0 and to gurlzcanrock2. I traced my earrings off of the ones she made. Her Donnie earrings are far superior.  Wink

They were kind of hard to make because of Frank's ears, and also the fact that I use wire cutters to bend the jump rings [waiting to get plyers for Christmas!].

I hope you all enjoy. This was my first attempt at Shrinky Dink jewelry.

Franks

The Franks again

They are quite tiny!

I had a pleasant surprise waiting for me when I got back from the French Holiday Party today.

Serendipity Crafts sent me a package that I was not expecting!

Everything in the envelope.

The AMAZING little tile ornament with my name on it!

Pin and earrings. Look at them! They are little snowmen studs!

Let me just tell you...getting this made my day. Everything was so creative and I could tell that time was certainly put into the stuff.

Thank you!

You will be receiving a Christmas card soon, Serendipity Crafts =D
