I am not being unfair. You had i week's grace period after the sendout date, and it has been 2 weeks since that grace period ended and your partner still has not received. I have been WAAYYY more fair to you then the swap mods and some of my organizers have been to me. You have had a month for her to receive. She hasnt received. So now it is a negative. If she receives from you within 2 weeks, I will reverse the feedback otherwise it stands.
