61  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / MY paper CD cases ;) (w/ pics and TUTORIAL) - 1st topic of mine! on: July 06, 2005 06:19:49 AM
I've just read a thread started by JaneGtar about making paper CD cases and was amazed at how clever her way was Wink I mean, I've been doing everything another way. And just wanted to share.
If anyone's interested, I'll describe the way I do my covers..
BTW, making CD covers is my way of fighting depression. Well, maybe not depression, but rather sadness. It has helped me several times when I felt so down. (sounds weird, huh?) I guess I just concentrate on this and it gets my mind off something that has been worrying me for some time. Well, that's off topic.

62  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: My Various Purses/Bags (lots of pictures) on: July 06, 2005 05:26:04 AM
Oooh, a duckie purse!! *someone's in love* Cheesy It's wonderful.
And the first messenger bag is also very very nice. It looks.. just right. I especially like the lining.

Good job Wink
63  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Re: What do you eat? (vegetarians) on: July 05, 2005 11:10:38 PM
It seems like every meat eater I know is asking this question.
The truth is, at it has already been stated above, everything except meat (I'm a vegetarian but not a vegan as I think that this would be TOO hard for me. We don't have a wide variety of vegan foods here as my country is a country of meat eaters  Sad The only vegan/vegetarian (I mean, which might be a substitute for something, not vegetables or fruit or nuts obviously) food I can find is soy, soy milk, tofu and that's about it, I mean, no substitute for eggs, no veggie margarine :/.. Oh well. I'll get back to the topic I guess.).

Breakfast: breakfast cereal with milk//fruit//sandwiches with curd creme (I dunno what's it called in English  Undecided) and veggies
Dinner: some kind of salad, salad and more salad Wink//dumplings with curd//something made of soy (but I'm not too fond of it, perhaps it's because I don't know a proper way to prepare it, hee hee)//pancakes!! (simple ones or curd pancakes - yes, I do love curd)//I'm still trying to think of something else, as my meniu is really quite boring. I think I'll browse the boards Wink
Supper: I don't really eat such a thing. I mean, my supper is just a whole lot of snacks (see below Wink).
Snacks: fruit (I love fruit, I can eat 2 kilos of apples a day Cheesy), sandwiches, chocolate!!, cookies (my fav are oatmeal cookies, oh how I love them), Granola bars, curd with jam, yoghurt (there are hardly any yoghurt producers here who DON'T use gelatin. Arrgh. No-gelatin yoghurt is hard to find, but I still try.), umm.. everything Cheesy I really love snacking.

That's about it Wink
I think I'll go and search for some veg recipes now Wink
