I'm having a big party (50 invites sent out) and the theme is sci-fi fantasy. I've told guests to dress up and i knwo what i'll where, but i have no idea of what else i could do??

For a night i have coming up i made a bag, and a t-shirt showing my true lush obsession. Hope you like

The T-shirt-

This was made for a 5 year old boys party. i used chopped up pieces of chocy cake, wafer biscuits, crunchie bars, malteasers, snakes, chocolate, and other stuff, and put it together with chocolate butter icing. i dyed some coconut green for grass and used iced magic for drips on the volcano, and raspberry jam for lava. complete with sparkler explosion.

I had a thought that maybe we could do a swap for fellow dancers with a cd which has one or two of the persons favortie songs to do a certain dance to. Dances could include -watlz, quickstep, foxtrot, tango, cha cha, pase doble, rumba, jive, samba, swing, salsa, mumbo, merengue, swing waltz, la bumba, carosel, gypsy tap. Wow thats alot of dances so it would possible fit a cd. some repeats could be used.

Hey I've been looking around here and wondered if any one else does paper tolle. its where you build up an image using many layers. i have two porjects on the go at the moment so i'll post them when im finished.

Also, Anyone know any cool things to do with quilling?? its one geeky craft thats i've got supplies for but haven't touched for years.

here are three of my latest necklaces.
The first one made with love is Jacq's birthday necklace. I've been making all my girlfriends necklaces this year. next year it will probably be handbags. I pick the beads and wires based on what they would like and their personality.



The next is Marion's one. I went with all black 'cause I didn't know what else she would wear.



Finally this one is purple bead soup. About a  20 minute job, i've been playing around with a few of these.
Anyway, If you want any tutes or questions about how i do them just ask!

I've found out that my favorite client (the four year old down the road) is think of having a DRAGONS THEME!! yay i get to make a dragon cake next...

I have an addiction to lush and i was thinking how i could craft about it..
i use the stickers from the products on folders and diaries. and i've used lush paper to put up in a collage... but now my mind is open to the idea of lush handbags and t-shirts and ohhh the possibilities....

Considering us Aussies are sooo remote,( not really, i just have never travelled) I was wondering if people are interested in doing a swap with just Aussie people so that we can have some fun , for us on the lesser budgets.
The question is posed, how many Australian's are craftster addicted?

This is a cake i've done. I love working with icing , cause u get to eat it as u play. I use it more as a sculpture medium then food. It was made for a 4 year olds birthday. His birthday is in the next month so i wonder what i'll do next...

I'm also doing a cake for a fire twirling buddy. I'll post a picture when its done on a new topic.. well enjoy. feel free to ask anything about how its made.
