This is awesome, I agree that all the detail is just mindblowing!

Also, did anyone else think that this totally looks like a Christopher Walken zombie? It's the first thing I thought when I saw the face!  Grin

Ack, sorry for the delay in posting pictures! I donated blood for the first time a few days ago and I'm still feeling a bit ill as a result, but tonight I got off my rear and took some photos of the awesome package I received from YumJello01!!

First off, some of my items were packaged within the internet!

She made me a Moss Mug! And the best part is it's a candle that smells like a delicious chai latte. Cheesy I attempted to make a 'Moss' face and probably failed.

I also got this awesome resin/wire earring hanger that has an SCSI (small computer system interface) embedded in it, and I've been needing somewhere to hang my earrings. Grin

And some awesome earrings to hang on said earring hanger!! Cheesy I looove the Moss one and the wire men ones are a little more subtle-nerd so I may wear them to work. Cheesy

Thanks so much for the sweet package YumJello01!!

P.S. I almost made you a Moss mug too! Except I had been planning on putting your face on it instead. Smiley I read about this stuff called 'water-slide' transfer paper but nobody had it locally so I had to scrap it. I think that paper is the only way to transfer an image to ceramic and have it be washing/heating safe.

HOLY CRAP. I had totally assumed that three seasons was all they were going to make! This makes my frickin' year!! Grin Wow, I can't wait to tell my parents, they love it possibly more than I do!

Yay I'm so glad you like everything! I had a lot of fun on this swap, it's sortof a limited category but I got a lot of ideas for different items whenever I watched the show. Smiley

The tray is from Target, they have one of that kind every season it seems, I gave it a light sanding, painted a few coats of acrylic gray paint on there, I mod podge'd the image onto the middle and sealed everything with a few coats of acrylic sealer. I didn't test but fingers crossed it should be nice and waterproof!

This is the only shot I got of the shirts, unfortunately the pink one turned out odd because I used white iron-on transfer paper, rather than color. At least I'll know next time. ^_^

I just used regular printer paper and mod podge, and with the acrylic coating it really blends so you can't really even tell it's stuck on. Smiley

Well now that my partner in the IT Crowd swap has received I can post this tray that I made for her, which I am super proud of. Smiley I bought a round, plastic serving tray at Target on clearance for cheap, sanded it lightly, painted it with gray acrylic paint, designed the image of the IT Crowd gang on my computer, mod podge'd it onto the center and then finished with three coats of acrylic varnish! I hope it will hold up to spills and such, I didn't dare test it. ^_^

If you want to make one of your own, Target always has a tray in this style available, and if you wait you can snag one for 75% off. Here's what it originally looked like, except mine had starfish on the bottom:

I'm done! Just finished off two small items and my medium and large have been done for a week. Cheesy I haven't finished a swap with time to spare in years! I'll be sending on Wednesday, I cannot wait for my partner to see what I cooked up for her, I put a lot of work into her items. Smiley

Sitting here with my IT boyfriend watching the show to get an idea for project #3, and he informs me of something funny...

Does anyone know what the very first shirt we see Roy in means?

It's funny now that I get it...

Lol, I only just now saw this when I was looking through the pages of the thread I had missed. It stands for Rolling on the Floor Mao, correct? As in, CHAIRMAN WOW! Cheesy

Hey sumerlovin, I don't crochet but I saw a pattern for it on ravelry. Though they do want $5 for it. Smiley
