My boss is crazy for knitting with VHS tape. They started doing it at Parsons in the 70's, and he still adores the texture.

75  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Airplane Crafting. on: July 19, 2005 10:13:22 PM
Ok. I see this problem everywhere.

How do I craft on an airplane without scissors??

SIMPLE SOLUTION: LISTEN UP.
You have to buy a Clover Yarn Pendant. I have one, and it is a lifesaver. This only works if you are a string based crafter (i.e. knit, cro, embroidery, sew) But they are only 7 bucks on YarnMarket and it is the best.

My first response to this made me sort of sad about what a yarn snob I have become.

Embarrassed  If I didn't work at a high-end yarn shop I'd probably love Red Heart too.

Can shops apply??

I work at the Yarn Garage in Rosemount, and I know my boss would love to sign up.

Airplane Knitting Kit Should Include:

1 Set denise needles

1 Clover Yarn Cutting Pendant

Plastic Yarn Holders.

My stepfather runs the TSA at our airport, and he said all of them pass his test. Wink
