I LOVE THOSE.  Shocked wow, they are actually so nice.
i know you are getting millions of questions on here, but i was just wondering if you could tell me how you got the pieces of plexiglass to meld together like that? When you put the plexiglass in the boiling dye water for 10 minutes, is it kind of soft when it comes out?

very very cool. i've done the archie wallet thing before, but mine are way less cool and complicated....plus i've always been kind of afraid of sewing them with my machine because it's prone to fall apart any minute...
did you use the sticky plastic stuff or get them actuallly laminated? i would think the plastic would make your needle all sticky...

thanks, well i just laminated it myself with the stuff you buy in rolls. and surprisingly it doesnt really do much damage to the needle. Ive done at least 10-15 purses/pencil cases etc out of this stuff and the needle's still holding up well!

do you mean contact paper?  i'm just curious because i've been thinking about doing something like this, but i'm worried about messing up my machine.

YES! its called contact paper. it was fine on my machine, i didnt notice any damage.

Thanks! the laminating paper is holding up quite well actually... im surprised! ive been using it for about 3 weeks already, and its shwoing no signs of ripped seams or anything like that.

Hi guys this is my first post!! i love reading all the awesome stuff people come up with, so i thought i'd share my recent crafts

Lately ive having some fun with laminated magazine, making it into purses, handbags, pencil cases, etc... I made a case for my mp3 player (dell DJ) because everyone seems to make cases for Ipods and i could never find any for mine! soooo idecided to take my laminated magazine craft to a new level by laminating archie comics instead, and i came out with THIS:

.
its a little rough around the edges, but im proud of it. i also made a wallet:

the outside
.
the inside
.
change pocket!
.
im broke Sad haha

hope you enjoyed my stuff!! Smiley
